Is Victoria's Secret size chart for clothing accurate?

Not all companies size chart is accurate on EACH CUT of clothing so having the chart is a mute point. I just want to make sure. Thanks

If you wish to order anything from Victoria's secret, order one size up. As their size chart for clothing is completely flawed, i ordered a dress in a medium size and it turned out to be way to small. Next time i placed a larged sized dress order, and it fitted me perfectly, so its better to order one size bigger then yours.

I think their pants runs large.  I'm a size 0 and their pants hang off of me.
