Is Vidic on his way out of Man United?

The Serbian misses tonight's game with AC Milan, and Alex Ferguson appears frustrated with the player's slow recovery from injury. Might Fergie be willing to sell him on?

Ferguson says not. Although he's clearly disappointed that Vidic has ruled himself out of tonight's game, the Scot recognises the strengths Vidic brings to his team and would prefer to hang on to the defender if he possibly can. It may be out of his hands if Vidic has made up his mind he would prefer to live in sunnier climes  - Real Madrid, Barcelona and Inter Milan have all been linked with the defender.
