  4. yes Vietnam is still a poor country that's why the have war there the troops fight at the poorest place.

  5. VN is still a developing country and it may take at least 50 years or more to get present level of developed world. Even VN can catch up with others in terms of GDP per capital (PPP or not), it need much more time for social security systems, human related matters, environment... Loooooooooong way to go!
