He's taken breaks from television before.

I remember one incident in 2000 where Triple H & Angle were feuding, fighting over Stephanie.........they both received a note "meet me in the parknig lot".........they met each other,each thinking it was the other who sent that note................but then A limousine pulled up, and out came Vince McMahon, making a tv appearance for the first time in months.
