  1. If u have taken chemistry u wud know that most of the ingrediants in most vitamin water are good but have bad effects to it..

Guarana for example, contains more energy than caffeine, and since caffeine gives u enuf energy for almost the whole day, imagine what all that guarana will do for u

serious blood pressure problems will develop i think....

Also, the (c+) they put in is harmful but i forget why

I wud say the best one is orange

But to ur question, yes. What they say does come true such as guarana giving u energy

the pink drink's chemical gives u more focus as it says but i forget the side effects, they appear later on not immeaditely

So once in a while its good, not an addiction

Like other ppl said as well, lots of cals

  2. the things that the drink "boasts" on the front of the bottle, are said with a bit of irony.  they are not necessarily saying that they will come true.

  3. I used to be addicted to Vitamin Water as well but got away from it from the fact that it is loaded with sugar and, in my opinion, empty calories.  All the calories from the drink in a 20 oz. bottle is around as much as a pop (soda), and all the vitamins in it are synthetic.  I would advise to just eat fruits and vegetables if you want the vitamins and drink water, tea, or coffee for drinks.

  4. Vitamin water is just a ploy by companies to make money off of health consciounse people. It is a waste of money.

As long as you are getting proper nutrition which includes supplementation then vitamin water is a waste. Just drink the regular water that you should be drinking, take you vitamins and eat and drink regular food.

Other companies do this with their products. This product, adds this, that product adds that, blah blah blah. As I said it is all marketing ploys to sell more products. If I want this or that, I don't get it becuase of what the "ADD" to it, I get it because I want it.

I supplement and all of the other "ADDED" nutrients to what I buy be damned. I don't mind eathing healthy items but I don't need them to "ADD" annything for me.

By the way after a good workout it is good to then have a sports drink. At least those are somehting you need. Just like I use energy drinks with B vitamins to help be before a work out so that I will have enough physical and mental energy to make it through. Otherwise I just rely on my regular supplementation.
