No, it's more of a Let's do as much as we can before winter. Russian army is poorly equip (have you seen them looting even the Puppet president Confirmed that they are looting Georgian military equipment). The boundary of Russia and Georgia is quite tricky long mountains which is a dilemma for Russia on winter and Georgians are not outsider they know the terrain as much as the Russians do.
