Not only a possibly but a probability. People are power hungry and every country in the world is jockying for the right position to be the most powerful in the world. There is an old saying that there is never enough. It doesn,t matter how much one has be it power or money which are one and the same they always want more. Our government is not controlled by the people, it is owned by Pepsico. Thats right! Pepsico is the largest company in the world and basically controls the government. If somehow pepsico corp/ was  to fail, the U.S. would be doomed. This is not speculation, this is fact. Large corporations fund the government and without funding, there would be no government , economy, no jobs, and no military. That is why the world is trying to get world unity. To keep the powers that are from eliminating the powers that arent.
