They are good, but I think people are discounting what RichRod did for that program.  I wish the Terps had Noel Devine, the 'Neers have that much going for them.

South Florida and Pitt need consideration.

I think South Florida will be the best... Cinncinatti will still be the baddest team and my Orange will be the worst, but hey atleast they manned up with their schedule.
