Question:

Is WWE wrestling real or fake?

There are some clues that show it's fake. A lot of the storylines are obviously fake. For example, think about Eugene. He isn't in the WWE anymore, but what type of wrestler still acts like a child? And now, he's back in OVW. Apparently, the story was that he woke up from a dream; his whole experience in WWE was just a dream.

But why do some wrestlers use steroids if it's fake? Think about Eddie Guerrero, Chris Benoit, and some other wrestlers who used steroids.

  3. ITS FAKE!??!?!    :O

  4. fake

  5. IT IS ACTING

  6. Dude it's all fake but you still have to be a great athlete & make the story believe able

  7. Its fake, but they still have to perform some physical activity...like lifting opponents over their head, which explains the steroids

  8. it is fake. in some of the fights one wrestler will knock the other down and then the ref will move in and hand him the blood capsule. then you can see him bite it.

  9. Fake and real. The drama and arguing is s4tages. The fights are practiced and they try not to hurt each other but beleive me it hurts. They pay a big price. Look a Hulk and his replacement joints....it is both.

  10. The storylines are fake but the matches are real

  11. The WWE is scripted. All the matches are thought out before hand. That doesn't mean, though, that these guys are not athletes. That is where the steroids come into play. The steroids will get you to the big times and keep your performance up. So, yeah, some of the storylines are pretty stupid, but these guys are amazing athletes that love what they do, and I love that.

  12. Of course it's fake. Everyone knows that. That's why they call it 'Sports Entertainment'. All of the wrestlers are actor-athletes. Its no different from watching a karate flick or Bloodsport. Bruce Lee and Sean Claude Van Damme are kicking and punching folks, but they aren't doing it for real. But pro wrestlers do get injured and sometimes killed doing what they do. A prime example was Owen Hart, who died performing a stunt during a wrestling event. Duke Drosz was paralyzed when a wrestler screwed up a wrestling move on him. And the blood is merely they cut themselves on the forehead and the little bit of blood mixes with the sweat. But some use steriods for looks though.

  13. Its Fake and scripted. Dont believe anyone that tells you its not fake because it has been proven to be fake and scripted.

  14. It's fake.

    UFC/MMA is real and awesome.

  15. ALMOST EVERYONE KNOWS ITS FAKE,,,BUT I DONT CARE IF ITS FAKE,,,ITS STILL ENTERTAINING,,,

  16. First of all it is scripted and sadly the steroids was to make them have a better appearance

  17. WWE is not a real sport in the sense that, they're actual competitions to see who is the better wrestler. it is all about the "Entertainment" so everything is pretty much set up so that it will deliver the most excitement to the audicence. the story lines, the matches, who's gonna win, who's gonna lose, etc. as far as the contact, well sure there is a lot of contact and ofcourse potential for injury, but all that is minimized by the fact that, matches are coreographed to a certain extent. and as far as the steroids go, well I presume that the "athletes" use them because their whole career depends on them looking good, after all they are mainly "actors" so if they do not look their best while on camera and doing all the stunts and everything they do, well they will be let go. If you watch a boxing match, kick boxing match, or even an MMA (UFC) fight, you will notice the difference. or better yet, since the olympics are going on at the moment, check out some of the wrestling that goes on there, and you will see that it is way different from the WWE.
