  1. No fault refers to a type of medical coverage on policies in certain states.   I think your questions is something different.

    If you want to know if you can go through the other person's insurance to get you car fixed, the answer is yes.  You can call the company and file a claim for the damage to your vehicle.   The only state where you cannot go through the other person's insurance for property damage is Michigan.
