no its not. theres a Filipino inventor ive seen on TV way back introducing alternative gas. main source is water. there is also a bio gas now and its main source is coconut water

Use your head and logically think about it. If I one had the ability to do this cost effectively, he would be making Trillions of dollars per year, and it would be in use everywhere. Not happening because not there.
