I've heard alot about beef flavoring in McDonalds fries. I was sad when I found out. I was practically a full on McCrack addict. They're so addictive! So I'm trying to find alternatives to McCrack. Any suggestions?

  1. Home made Fries is the perfect path to go!

  2. I dont think so on wendys I buy my fries at the store and make my own

  3. Honestly, if they were vegetarian, don't you think that the companies would be crowing over that fact?  Putting a gigantic ***100% VEGETARIAN LOLOL*** sticker on the side of their fries containers?

Besides, if you're trying to go full veggie, avoid these places like the plague, even if they only used 100% vegetable oil to fry those, the amount of cross-contamination is astounding at these places.

  4. If you are vegetarian, you shouldn't go to fast food restaurants. You'd be surprised as to where meat and meat bi-products are.

Mostly everything is cooked in animal fat, or meat flavouring.

  5. nope

  6. Since nobody actually answered your question... yes, they are suitable for vegetarians:

"Head to Wendy's for a plain baked potato or Deluxe Garden Salad (ask for “no cheese”) with the red Italian dressing, or a large order of French fries. You can also ask for a veggie sandwich, which includes everything that would normally be on the burger, but without the meat—they even have a button for it."

The chances of cross contamination ARE high, and you are still supporting the meat industry.
