  1. Health wise?  At least - probably worse!  You can't find a triple burger at McDonald's, after all!

    Any of these fast food burger joints is as bad as the rest.  In-and-Out has fresh veggies, but the burgers & fries are still unhealthy.

  4. Yes, they are both bad but you can portion your calorie intake...Just don't eat fast food every day and they are not as bad as people who eat at Wendy's or McDonald's daily or weekly.
