Is West gonna be more competitive than ever ?

Well Last year it was very competitive ...i think it was first time all 8 teams won 50 or more games..

So next year gonna be more competitive with Artest and Berry going to Houston , Posey to NO , Oden coming back , Kidd starting with Mavs from the start so they should be better than what they did in playoffs plus Avery didn't let Kidd do his thing , Lakers getting Bynum back , Suns with Shaq ( i know he is old and slow ) but Amare were playing great at PF so that makes alone makes Suns better , Clippers got Baron , Camby ... and so on so on

So lets their standings ( opinion ) Let's say no major injures

1. Lakers

2. Houston ( if they can have some chemistry )

3. NO

4. Utah

5. Spurs

5. Suns ( tied )

7. Dallas

8. Portland

8. Clippers ( tied )

10. Warriors

11. Denver

So at least 10 legit team to win at least 50 games ( yes i believe Portland can win 50 games with Oden and Roy )

So what you think ? what the seeding gonna be and how many win totals ? I know you are bored enough to put list up because ... well you bored enough to read the whole question =)

And do you think it's gonna be most competitive Conference ever ?

lakers all the way. they have the ultimate team. esp the front court. their tall, quick, skilled, high basketball IQ, etc.

I dont think it will be.  I think the Lakers, Hornets and Jazz will fight for the top spot.   All three are really good, young, and should be healthy.  Those things hindered them all last year, but it wont this year.

Than I think the Spurs, Rocket,Mavs, and maybe even the Suns will bring up the second teir.  With the Clippers, Warriors, Nuggets, and maybe even the Trailblazers and Kings will battle it out for the bottom spots.  

I dont think it will be like last year with 6 teams within 4 games of the top record.

I think it will be the most competitive conference ever if there is no such thing is a word "INJURY."

I would think so the west has alot of talented teams and alot of west contending teams. The west will be fun to watch this year. Their will be about 10-11 teams fighting for playoff spots in the west. However wins the west its goin to be a dog fight for them to get out in a tough Western Conference.
