Is Wet 'n' Wild eyeliner waterproof?

i need waterproof eyeliner and cant go to the store right now, but my mom has Wet 'n' Wild eyeliner... is it waterproof?

Unless the eyeliner specifically states "water proof" Then NO, it isnt.

But I would also like to point out that Wet n Wild is big on animal testing...So I dont recommend thier products.

Then yes, if should be, but if not, then I doubt it.

I use colorstay be revlon i think and it work really good, I wear it to the pool all the time.
