depends in what context. Since this is the weather section it all depends for whats. Crops yes but to much is not good. To much of any kind of weather is not good.

Sometimes yes, and sometimes no. Depends on what you are doing.  I was asked by a smart insurance sales man. He was trying to make a point, he wanted to sell me whole life insurance and replace my term insurance. He asked what is best something that last forever or something that goes away? I said it depend, If I have a headache, I dont want that to last forever, I want it to go away. I said it is impossible to answer always yea  or always na.

He did not like my answer.
