Look at the conditions in the world.  Just read Yahoo News everyday.  Too many wars in the world.

If it would depend on Ahmedinejad or Bin Laden WW III would started already. Only the mighty power of USA and the iron fist of Israel keep them on short leash.

I have heard a scenario like this would show at a WW III, a combination of conspiracy theory and the supposed prophesy revealed to George Washington about the 3 World Wars, this being the last.

First the U.S. economy gets more and more shaky.  Finally, China fully dumps their 1 Trillion $ U.S. Treasury bonds, effectively creating a worldwide panic which makes the U.S. dollar less valuable then the paper it is printed on.

Without any good Economy, the U.S. must remove her Military Forces from all foriegn lands to bring them home.  Before they get back, Russia launches nukes at the U.S. while China invades by sea towards California.

Perhaps one or two of these Nukes are detonated high up in space over North America, creating a gigantic EMP  which effectively negates all civilian electronics and probably blackouts most of the Continent.  Because of Changed policy, the U.S. does not launch back until Russian missiles reach their targets, thus Enabling the Russia-China Alliance to win the World's first Nuclear War.  Russia will Invade through Canada first, taking advantage of the Northern Lands enourmous resources and miniscule population.  

Under what pretense this war begins, I do not know-- but maybe a U.N. resolution sets up the decapitated U.S. for formal occupation by Russian and Chinese forces as "peace keepers".

Most Americans perish in the long run ,but a few survivors rally together about a new republic, and the Ideals of a true Constitution for us, and with the powers of heaven at there side, push out the Invaders, who later turn on each other as China Invades Russia after huge losses in America.

This is a very rough version of what I have heard.
