  1. Yes, I am using it on Windows Vista Home Premium 64bit.  

    No problems at all.

    Installed Ubuntu flawlessly


  2. I dont know what Wubi is but i downloaded Photostory which is not compatible with Vista. when i installed it i clicked on the icon and went to properties then compatibility and i changed the settings so that when i opened it it opened in windows XP mode only for that program
