Is Xbox Repair Center open during weekends because it says my package hasn't arrived yet when UPS says it did

Okay so my X360 arrived at the repair center yesterday (Friday) at 10:00am. I went to check the Xbox.com repair tracking and according to that my x360 hasn't arrived yet. It is been 1 day since my x360 arrived and the did not update it. Should I be worried that something bad happened? Does it being Sat. have anything to do with it? Or is it just that they didn't work on it yet

I think so because my exbox was delivered on the weekend so I would think it should be open.

i had the same problem couple days xbox will its gonna arrive at this date i went like whoah!!!! and ur gonna get a brand new one lol
