well...i work in a office and we invoice 'yag' cleaners i really don't know about the house cleaning but 100% sure they do office cleaning and provide office helpers.

as every thing is not free of cost may be they are charging for the visa process here.call them and ask in detail and moreover i got to know that they are registered in 118118 and yell.com as office in newport.:)
