Is Yahoo Picasa a good picture program?

Picasa is not a Yahoo product.  Rather, it is from Google.  it is free and is a very good photo management program, although of course it won't provide industrial strength tools that you can get in Photoshop or other programs for which you'd have to pay.  Once you install it, it finds all photos on your computer.  You can also upload to web albums if you are a Google member.

never heard of it.

but if you just want something to keep all of your photo's on, and do some basic editing with no downloading, i like photobucket.

you could always try it and see how it goes from there!
