lawsuits, and since Yahoo generally gets touchy about subjects that newspapers avoid, is Yahoo also afraid of geting sued? The internet could have been a place to get around the blackout imposed by mass media on certain topics, but perhaps because Yahoo too wants advertising dollars, it seems to have fallen into the same censorial trap. They use other excuses for deleting and suspending people, but perhaps it is just fear of lawsuits and loss of advertising dollars that is at the bottom of it. (I wish they would be honest with us, but then there isn't much honesty anywhere, is there?)

Besides it is a lot of fun to use the law to bash the brains in, of those computer nerds, censorship rules baby!!

Besides if the Internet were not controlled by law how on earth do you think we could keep all the lawyers and police type people fed.
