Is Zeno really worth the money? And can you use it with facial cleansers and toners?

I recently started babysitting for money, and I really want to get Zeno. But it's really sorta expensive. I don't want to waste hard earned money on something that isn't going to work.

I've never personally tried it but there are facial washes that work faster then the Zeno. I was going to buy one but I got information from the internet and changed my mind. I don't like how you have to do pimple by pimple when you could do your whole face at one time and have clearer skin in 8 hrs. I wouldn't buy it.
