  1. They've gone.. they're not running anymore :( I booked with them months ago and was meant to be going in 22 days..

Phone your bank and get a refund if you can, and look for other flights before all those booked with them take the places.

I managed to rebook a flight with Klm for the right dates, but it cost more..

is zooms website..and they don't say they'll get you cheaper flights :\ they just suggest some airlines, most of which are way overpriced. Shop around for another flight on www.lastminute.com which is where i got mine. It may take a few weeks to get your refund back though :s

  2. Kaput....dead....bust....defunct...both of their planes impounded for non-payment of airport fees and numerous other bills and no hope of a financial salvation.

Shut down with immediate effect and the loss of more than 600 jobs.

As long as you paid by credit card you should get your money back, but NOT if you paid by debit card, cheque, or cash.

  3. They are "seeking credit protection".

  4. ive just been watching the news and it says that they have cancelled all flights because they cant afford the fuel prices

go on there website it explains it all

i think they give you a refund though and on the website they give you another flight with a different airline with money off

sorry 2 hear about your flight

if that was me i would be upset lol

  5. Don't think they are in administration yet but believe they have had 2 aircraft impounded for non payment of bills. 1 in Glasgow and 1 in Canada. They have admitted to struggling with rising costs so I wouldn't be surprised if they do.

If you paid by credit card check with the issuing company, they may have some form of liability.

  6. I am very sad to say yes they are. Zoom have ceased operating forever, thanks to high fuel prices and a slowing economy. If you have flights booked with Zoom please contact your travel insurance company who can hopefully arrange some compensation. Good luck!
