  1. loOse =/= lose. The correct spelling is LOSE weight


  2. Yes!  I exercise moderately about 20 minutes a day, and restrict my diet, vegs etc, and Ive lost about 28 lbs. in 1 yr.

  3. yes! brisk walking is a great way to exercise because it is not over-exerting and it can be very relaxing to just walk around the city.
