Is a 10 gallon aquarium big enough for a syrian hamster?

its the only aquarium i could find that i already have...

except for my 55 gallon one.. which is for my 4 dwarf hamsters.

  5. Yes it's a great size.  I have had hamsters and gerbils in about a 10 gallon aquarium.  They worked well with it.  They don't really care, not that picky.

  6. OH yeah!!! You can get 2 in there! I have 3 robo hamsters in mine.
