No not at all if you plan on winning, you need to do some distance running so you can at least try and cut down your time in like mid 11., try out  cross country so when track come around your time should be lowering down and do that every year. and don't  BS on the drills or the workout if you plan to get better, and also have a goal on what you want your time to be on this day or that day and so on,  ya digg.....


  2. sounds good  fastest times are like 9.7  so if u shave off 2.9 seconds you will have a record

  4. yeah i agree to the guy above me it is very hard to cut off a second..... it is very difficult to cut time in the 100 usally you will progress by tenths of a second. im 16 weight bout 150 and i run a 10.8

    ia m 16 and i weight 80kgs, which is 6 kgs less than you... and i run 10.95..

    to the first guy who answered, its pretty hard to cut 2secs of your time.
