Is a 12 mph wind enough to keep you cool enough to wear jeans at 74 degrees?

I need to know if I should wear jeans or shorts if the wind is up to 12 mph and the temperature is up to 74 degrees! I need help....and FAST!!! I need it by tomorrow!!!

It's not necessarily your personality that affects the answer, but your preference for warm or cold weather.  I am a hot bodied person, but even I can stand jeans in 74 degrees (and still be comfortable).  Are you going to be in the direct sunlight?  Then I would say shorts...otherwise jeans should be OK.

You can wear whatever you want. The wind chill isn't a factor once the temperature reaches the 60's so I would be comfortable wearing shorts but it depends on your personality.
