Is a 125cc dirt bike right for me?

I'm about 5'8 and 115 pounds. What a 125cc be good for me?

Absolutely, if you're experienced enough for it. Your height sounds perfect. A 125cc is very fast though. If you're experienced for a dirt bike like that, than yes!

i raced pro motocross in the late 70's and 80's.  that was when 12" and water cooled came out.  yes the bike were faster than todays.  if you feel the skill ride it.   i have a cr 125, cr250, and a 85 cr 500 i still love my 125 best.  it is flick time on that.
