Is a 13 year old allowed to buy energy drinks at CVS?

There is a CVS down the street and im wondering if i am allowed to walk there and buy an energy drink at the age of 13

Yes, it isn't alcoholic so there is no restrictions, but you shouldnt drink them, you will feel 100% worse after it wears off

I don't believe there is an age restriction on purchasing energy drinks. go for it. just don't make it a habit, as they aren't great for your health.

i went to jail for buying energy drinks from an undercover cop... that was in wal-greens tho

of course i do it all the time, theres no age limit on energy drinks, its not like theyre alcoholic

no you can buy them. but the person at the counter might ask if your using it with alcohol.
