Is a 140" long hammock measured from tip to tip or from spreader bar to spreader bar?

Ok so if I want a hammock at least 7' between the spreader bars, what size hammock should I look for?

If it were spreader bar to spreader bar, this would be the biggest hammock I've ever heard of (13 feet between bars).  It must be tip to tip, which is silly since the ropes on the ends could be near any length.
