  1. well you have a good method but 1500 calories is not enough. Soon you will get very tired and not know why or where it's coming from. You need to eat about 2000 calories a day. no less than that. salads and subway is very healthy but if you have a salad, you want to try to not have very much dressing if it's ranch, Very bad for you. Try fat free salad dressing. For subway sandwiches, don't get a sandwich with mayonnaise, or salt & pepper, or oil and vinegar or cheese. also very bad for you. but count your calories to about 2000 a day.

  2. Forget crazy diets for losing weight.. Acai Berry is this new product I've been trying after seeing it on Oprah. I'm already seeing results!! You should give it a shot, here's a special link for a free 14-day trial.

  3. The appropriate weight for you depends on your height, so you should see your doctor before you start an exercise program. He or she can help you find your right goal weight and ways of reaching it. Now, your food choices sound good, but eating the same thing every day will get really boring. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables, lean meat, fiber, protein, etc. Stay away from sugar (a little is ok, just don't overdo it). Be careful about jamba juice - some of those drinks have a lot more calories and sugar than you'd expect. Check out the cards they have in the store that list nutrition facts, and pay attention to the size on there versus the size you order.

p.s. don't forget breakfast! Most important meal of the day.
