Is a 2004 honda civic a good buy?

i am about to buy a 2004 honda civic at 13,269 tax included..it has an alarm, starter, keyless entry, air conditioner, super clean and runs great. low km's and winter tires...is this a good price..

hondas are a fantastic perchase! just make sure that the transmission  fluid has been changed @ 50k and if you are coming up on 80k you  need to do the timming belt and water pump and that can be a little costly roughly 500.00 to 800.00
