Is a 2006 Monte Carllo LT RWD?

I've always thought they were FWD but I'm looking on a sales website and it's labeled as RWD. PLEASE HELP!!! Thanks!

  1. Chevy stopped making monte carlos  RWD cars in the late 80's early 90's so no the are not but its a lil better bc its less distance for the torque to get to the pavement it just goes from the transmission to the half shafts to the tires instead of transmission, driveshaft, rear end, axles, tires.

  2. It's not RWD, it's FWD. The sales web site you refer to is wrong.

    There hasn't been a RWD Monte Carlo in a looooooong time
