  1. Not unless there is an emblem for flex flue, which is usually a green leaf. Using flex fuel in a non flex fuel vehicle will generally burn out the mass air flow sensor. I f you don't have an emblem on the car go to the dealer and he will tell you if it is or not.  You can't tell by just looking at the engine. The engines are set up the same and look the same.

  2. Your Van will be identified by markings clearly indicating that it is a flex fuel vehicle. . The use of E85 is not advised on non flex fuel vehicles because of the caustic nature of methanol. The higher corrosive nature of methanol deteriorates rubber, aluminum, magnesium, and also conducts electricity.

Fuel components are commonly destroyed and seals and gaskets fail.

  3. look in the owners manual if it is a flex fuel vehicle it will tell you for sure, using e-85 wont save you no money even if it is a flex fuel vehicle it doesn't burn as good as regular gas does,so it may cost you more in the long run if you do use it,good luck.
