  1. Its very fast, even 22.9 but there is no way to guess your 40 time acuratly. My brother ran a 22.7, and ran a 4.5 flat, laser timed. Another kid on his team ran a 22.1 and ran a 4.6.

  2. Yes, it is very good: it would translate to a forty of about 4.6 assuming a pretty normal acceleration.

P.S. you posted this in the right section if those really are your measurables!

  3. dude are you serious?  the record for men is 19.32 thats d**n good

cant tell what your 40 would be cause it's different circumstances you would just have to do the 40 but im guessing 4.6 and lower

  4. How old are you?

    And 22 what 22.1/ 22.0 /22.9?

uh.. yea 22 seconds is really good actually. Depending on your age and if your running low 22s or high 22s you could be really fast.

Most high school state champs are in the 21 sec range depending on your state if you're from a bigger state like Florida, Texas, California you have to be in the sub 22 sec to make state and probably around 21.3x or less to win state. In a smaller state you could probably win with a low 22.

Regardless though if your younger then 18 22 seconds in pretty d**n good. If you're like 15-16 or younger you're going to be really fast.

    Transition that to a 40 you'd easily run around a 4.4

  5. Thats a load of bullshit. That means you run a 2 minute 36 second mile. So shut up and give some real facts.
