Is a 32b a big size for a 12 year old?

i wouldn't say ur too big it depends on your weight and height which you never mentioned. I'm 13 and 36b but i'm also 125 and 5'5

No, I'm 12 and I am 36/38 B so that is a normal size for her.

it probably seems big for a 12 year old but its not.

everyone develops differently and at different rates and times.

they maye continue to grow till you can't stand them anymore or they might grow just a little big more and then stay the same.

maybe she's even wearing the wrong bra size just because she wants everyone to think she is bigger then everyone else

That really isn't a big size, 32 is quite small and a b cup means that her b*****s only stick out two inches. I was a 32c when I was 12 but I didn't look voluptuous, plus I was underweight at the time--so it's not as if I had a whole lot of fat in my chest area. It all just depends on the girl.

No, not really.  I was a 34C when I was twelve.  Every girl develops at a different rate!  She's just fine the way she is.

It's not overly big. Everybody develops differently. Some girls quickly others slower.

not really. everyone's different. she might be a 32b forever, whereas u might not be that big now, but end up huge or at least bigger than her

Well considering I'm 16 and a 32A yep that's big to me =) She's  not extremely big though but she'll probably still grow more.
