  1. It depends on the service. I usually tip about 20 percent if the service is up to my standards.

  2. I always leave 20%. If the waitress is pregnant or older or too busy I leave more.

  3. A typical tip is between 15 and 20%.  33% is way too high.

  4. tip whatever you feel like tipping them.

  5. No, server's only make 15%.  So figure the guy at the top who leaves 10-15% (Which anything under 15% is rude) your covering the difference he should have been leaving. most places i've worked you tip out the bussers, bartenders among others on your total sales not your tips. So you made there day, nothing wrong with that.

  6. You have to remember that in a lot of restaurants a server has to "tip-out" bussers, bartenders, etc. So your 15% tip now becomes a 10% tip to them. A lot of people don't realize that the money you give your server does not all go into the server's pocket. If the server did a good job, tip them as much as you would like....but remember 15% is NOT 15% to most servers..

  7. depends on how good the service was....

I ususally just double the sales tax

  8. That is way to much. You should never tip any higher than      %15

  9. yes it is most restaurants include tip into your bill, just check your receipt for 10-15% charges if not, you should only give 10-15% 33% is defiantly way to much, if u buy a $100 dollar dinner you would pay $33 extra.... it is CRAZY high.

  10. I always give 20% because it's easy to do the math. Plus, I used to work in a restaurant and 20% is considered very good.
