Is a 330 meter apartment big?

whats the average size? Is this supposed to be big or normal? I'm looking for one and a friend found me this one but I dont really know about sizes and distances and stuff.. cant really imagine how big it is..

so how big is this apartment?

most of the apartments here in Egypt looks like matchsticks box if you're lucky enough to find it.

The average area is 120-200 for a family of 4 members.

330 is big enough.

well it is really  spacious

the ordinary flat is about 100-150meters

this flat can have three bedrooms  reception bathroom and kitchen

so ur flat is big

if it is 330 sqaure meters then its huge for an apartment. Thats about 3500 sqaure feet. The avg apartment in NYC is probably 700-1000 sqaure feet.

330 sqm is well above average size apartment in Egypt generally.

it can easily make 4 bedrooms, 2 bath rooms, formal lounge, family room, office and good size kitchen.

Be careful and request a plan for the apartment so you can see how it is split up.

At the end of the day what are you gonna use it for, how many people live there is what you need to put in mind before you decide.

Japanese are trying to build a tower of 1000 meters in Tokyo.

There are a lot of towers in the range of 400-500 meters

yes its too big and also it will be expensive the 200 apartment began from 2500le\month so what about the 330 any how its too big

Extremely huge

Mid sized 2bedrooms is about 100-120m2

3 bedrooms is about 150-180m2 and for me still huge

a condo is about 50 m2

to make a good comparison , avarage bedrooms are around 12m2 (3m*4m) ..

I think now yu can imagine how big a 330 m2 apartmnet is

Yes it is big.  An average apt that has 3 closed rooms and large reception area (dining room + 2 living areas) would be about 170-200 meters.

If thats square meters then its enormous, it depends on how many people you're living with, but even a hundred is big enough for two or three people.

it is big enough .you will find that the net size is 300 .

they include the shared places like manwar , stairway , walls , all areas that you dont use , but are there alright .

ask for the map of the apartment .

see how many rooms it includes .

see if it answers your needs .

actually , if it is in a good area , has a good price , is well planned , it would be excellent .

first you need to know that 330 is not always 330, you should ask about the net area.

when my friend got his 200 sqm appartment the net area was about 165sqm.

you also need to know the area of each room cause sometimes they waste the area of the appartment by a big reception and making too many small rooms.

but any way I think 330 is big enough.
