  1. I believe so. It's been quite a while since I was into biking on a regular basis, but I believe the proper seat height is when you can have your feet touch the ground from a standing position. I believe the proper height would be more or less equivalent to your inseam for pants. I'm 5'11" and the seat on my bike is just about 36".

  2. Not if you are able to place your feet flat to the ground while sitting & standing on it.

  3. Let us do a little basic math.

    12 inches in a foot.

    5 times 12" plus 1" equals 61 inches.

That 61 inches represents your total height.

What is the length of your legs?

I suspect a long ways from 36 inches.

So the answer using very basic math is yes, this dirt bike's seat height is too tall for you.

  4. you should be able to straddle the seat and have both feet flat on the ground. This is for safety so that you always have control of the bike.

If the seat doesnt fit you right there is a chance you can get a seat to fit both the bike and you.

  5. Yeah it really is, sorry.
