I have a seller and I am interested in buying a Camaro that is in great condition inside and out and only needs a new radiator. I would like to know your opinions on if this is a good deal. I could probably haggle a bit and get the price down a little.

  1. yes go for it

  2. Can it be driven?  Hard to test performance without a radiator.  He should replace the radiator before trying to sell it.

Radiators are relatively easy to replace and compared to many other major repairs relatively inexpensive.  Perhaps he does not want someone to drive it and discover other flaws that only occur at speed.  I would be very cautious before buying a car that is not in driveable conditon.  Good luck

Over time if it has no rust or show the effects of a major wreck

and the numbers match it could be a valuable collectors car.

    good luck.

  3. If it needs a radiator i would knock it down to 6500 so you could go and buy the radiator. theres no sense in spending extra money.

  4. i think thats a great deal

  5. not unless is has $3,000 cash in the trunk.

    the price is too high
