  1. correct it usually takes 2 or more people but you list all signs and symptoms and then you list the main reasons why theses symptoms are happening


  2. A differential usually takes the practitioner through a series of steps (if it isn't this, then could it be this?) A thorough medical review (which is rarely done anymore thanks to insurance companies and crappy doctors and health care practitioners) should always include a diff. But yes, potential, and hopefully, DEFINITE causes are identified.
