Is a 'cloud-blower' likely to be invented in the near future?

If only someone would invent a cloud blower, then we could have nice sunny summers.

If there is anyone reading this, who could invent one , you would be a millionaire in no-time.

Just think you would be able to blow all these clouds that have been raining on us non-stop for the last six weeks, over to Africa where they are really needed.

Wouldnt that be wonderful?

Well lucky you. Too bad the rest of the world is in drought. We need cloud seeders. And thank you to china, they've made it, so instead of being a tool about it, how about you be happy you've got rain instead of no rain and all the greenery dying.
