Happiness is a choice.  If someone made a conscious effort to be always happy all the time then I guess it could be done....but it is not probable since a baby cannot comprehend that possibility like an adult can and a person would have to choose to be happy from the time they were conceived to the time they die.  I don't see that possible.

Certainly not! Happiness is a state of mind - the truly enlightened can live in the depths of h**l and think it Paradise (and vice versa, for that matter; everything is relative).

Man needs to interact and with interaction you get arguments,  you win some  you lose some. Will you not be content with that.

Don't need to worry about financial problems.

Don't need to worry about girlfriend problems.
