Is a 4.1 gpa and 1700 sat score good enough for ucla or uc berkeley?

 If you wish to take admission in UC Berkeley or UCLA, you should have a 4.2 or 4.3 GPA  weighted. Your SAT score should be at least 2000, though some people did  get admission with little less marks then 2000.  Therefore you should pay attention on the extra curricular area and the essay, as it plays an important role, in admission.

i got 1700 on my SAT but I have a lower GPA
Usually people with a 4.1 GPA get much higher scores on the SAT like around 2000.
