  1. Yea its decent, the minimum score is between 32-36 for all branches.

  2. yeah i think the navy requires at least a 35 on the exam.

  3. I took the ASVAB test a few years ago, and got a 67.

I think the score varies by branch.

You will need to speak with your recruiter

  4.   Never heard of the asvap test, Maybe you mean ASVAB?  The test is graded on a scale of 1-99. 52 will allow you to be considered for a lot of career fields but not all of them. Depending on what you want to do in the military I would consider getting a study guide and studying then taking the test again. The higher your score the more jobs you are qualified for.

  5. Well it all depends on what you wanna do. You've got an okay score. It's not bad its not great. You should be able to (I assume you did well in the GT) quiet a few jobs but not all of them. I got 70something and I can get many jobs but if you want to know the truth your not going to want to go in with that score not cause its bad but you just want a higher score to make sure you can get any job you want.

  6. Well, it's good enough for a number of military jobs.  Whether it's decent or not depends on what occupational specialty you want.  I won't brag about my job of my ASVAB score, but I will say that you'll be fine if you want most administrative, quartermaster, combat arms, or maintenance jobs, but not for military police or military intelligence...that is, unless you take it again and score higher.  Definitely be careful and don't rush to judgment on your job options.

  7. well decent is a broad description, I got a 70 and still didn't qualify for every job there was, but bluntly put no 52 is not very good, but it ain't all that bad neither.

  8. I scored a 99 on the asvab. I could get just about any job I wanted but had an A.A. in electronics already so I went for the AET.  52 is ok but you will not get the good jobs. I remembered a recruit that got a 33 on the exam, was from West Virginia, and forgot his ricky pen when I was in the Navy. You had to be there. He got h**l.

  9. I just read someone elses question and they got a 74

  10. Congratulations,  you qualify to be a "combat engineering specialist".  suit up and put in your era plugs.
