  1. yes

  2. it's pretty good actually, but you can still get better

  3. im in 8th and i run a 1:02 lol

  4. Yes - that time would be just outside the top 12 in our league, so it's very good for a freshman.

  5. It's all right I'm in 7th grade and my time is only a few seconds more.

  6. im a freshman boy..i run it in 56.

  7. I don't know because my sister is in 7th grade and runs the same time.

    I'm a sophomore and run a 59 second 400m

  8. thats what i run in the 4 but im a distance runner.. so the 4 isnt really my race... on my team our varsity sprinter girls range from 55 to 59.. but ur just a freshman and that is a very good time to build off of

  9. yeah, thats really good for a freshman. im in 8th grade and im running a 65.59 400 meter

i hope when im a freshman ill be able to run what you do =D

to qualify for districts, depends on how big your school is, you have to run a 65 or 66 flat.

to qualify for states, you'd have to run a 58 or 59 second 400 meter.

    hope this helps! =)

  10. Yes :P

  11. i think not.

  12. That's a great time especially when you have 3 more years to make improvements. You should also have intenser workouts and weightlifting incorperated into your workouts but be careful because injury effects us all.
