how big's your hand and forearm? if they're proportional in size, then it's fine. that's what matters

I'd say medium.  Depending on if the guy is big framed or big boned & how much meat is on the bone.

It is not big just avg.I am only 5.7 ft my wrist is 7.5 inch i consider myself as an avg wrist size.I am 180lbs.
