Is a 94.50 average count as a 95?

Question

I got my report card and overall i got a 94.50000 (etc.) and in order to get principal's honor roll you have to have a 95 and up. Will i get principal's honor roll or not?

no, that doesn't,but a 94.9 does.

It depends on the leniency of the administration. If you consider the rule of five, the number to the left of the .5 is even and would therefore be dropped, leaving you with a 94. Most teachers, however, find the kindness in their hearts to use rational rounding and bring anything .5 or over up to the even number (in your case a 95). I would suggest phoning the school for the answer. Most schools remain open a few days a week over the summer. They would be the only ones who could give you a final answer. All else is speculation.
