  1. The rounded tips are usually better for offensive guys, good for dekes and toe drags and stuff, while the square tip is kinda a defensive thing, more stick on the shot, but it doesn't really matter, it is all personal preference. You gotta try them out and see what you like.

  2. Go to the easton website and you can design your own stick and see what works bes for you. I prefer rounded tip. The squared tip is probably better for toe drags.

it depends on your playing style. Do you prfer taking slaps, snaps, wristers, backhanders.

  3. Round versus square toe is personal preference. I've heard that round toes are better for doing stickhandling moves like toe drags and square toes are better for digging pucks out of the corner. On the other hand, some people use square toes for stickhandling because there's a bit more blade on the ice, and it's flat, so the puck can't slide away on a toe drag.

As far as a "wingman" stick, it's gonna be personal preference again. You're gonna have to figure out what kind of flex you like, what sort of curve/toe you want, and how long you want your stick as well. If you want to stickhandle and try to look like Datsyuk or Ovie, try using a shorter stick. If you wanna be more of a defensive player, try a longer stick for poke checks and what not.
